Star Trek Mystery and Escape Room Games: DS9 & Lower Decks

Production Continues Apace

Esteemed Backers,

Production and fulfillment continues on our Holosuite Homicide and Chaos Protocol games. Here's the latest timeline:

   Mid September: Complete production
   Late September - October: Shipping to our fulfillment warehouses
   Late October - Early November: Shipping to Backers

Address Lock and Shipping Charges
We expect to lock addresses and charge for shipping on 8/15. Shipping costs will be as close to the estimates on the Kickstarter page as possible and will take into account recent factors impacting shipping rates.

Deep Space Nine Holosuite Homicide Non-Spoiler Sneak Peek Pics

App Required?
We've had some Backers ask if these 2 games will require the same App that was needed for Titan-A and Mary Celeste and the answer is no. While you will need a phone that can scan QR codes to interact with web elements, these new games do not use any App.

STO Codes Going Out & Production of Games Continues

We're making great progress working through printer proofs with our production team.

BackerKit Survey
If you're using Kickstarter's extended payment program, you won't get your survey until next week. Rest assured if you're in that group, we'll provide time to complete your survey before we lock your order.

For everyone else, the BackerKit Pledge Manager survey has been emailed to you. If you haven't yet confirmed the elements of your pledge and provided your correct shipping address and billing info, please do so as soon as possible. 

STO Codes
On July 3rd, we plan to send STO Codes to everyone who has filled out the BackerKit Pledge Manager so far. If you haven't filled it out yet, not to worry, we'll be sending out a 2nd wave to those of you who filled it out in July. 

Shipping Charges
We're targeting October to ship both games. Some international orders may vary. Once we have a final ship date, we'll let you know and give you a chance to confirm your shipping address before we lock addresses and charge for shipping. Shipping costs will be as close to the estimates on the Kickstarter page as possible, but we'll update your BackerKit accounts with the final shipping costs when we announce we're locking addresses.

BackerKit Survey Sent. Orders Locked Soon.

We're making great progress on finalizing game elements and beginning hand-off to our production team.

BackerKit Survey
The BackerKit Pledge Manager survey has been emailed to all of you. If you haven't yet confirmed the elements of your pledge and provided your correct shipping address and billing info, please do so as soon as possible. We need this information to provide the Star Trek Online codes as well as prepare for production of the physical boxes.

Note: If you're using Kickstarter's extended payment program, you won't get your survey until after you've made your final payment in July. Rest assured if you're in that group, we'll provide time to complete your survey before we lock your order.

Orders Locked & STO Codes
We plan to lock down orders the week of June 15th to make sure we have a final count for game production. About a week after we lock orders and have the final counts, we expect to send out the Star Trek Online codes for Early pledgers and those that pledged at the Captain's and Admiral's Tiers.

To all our Star Trek Mystery and Escape Room Games Backers,

We did it! Thank you all for your support and encouragement throughout this campaign. Our Away Team is reporting that this mission was a success, and we're excited to get to work on production of both games.

We couldn't have done any of this without you, and we can't wait to hear stories from your Captain's Log of how long it took all of you to solve these games!

Next Steps
Once the dust settles over the next two weeks, we'll be sending out a BackerKit Pledge Manager survey email to all of you. In that survey, you'll be able to confirm the elements of your pledge, add any additional add-ons that are still available, and make sure we have your correct shipping address and billing info.

A month or so after we send out that survey email, we'll be locking down orders to make sure we have a final count for game production. We'll let you know a couple of weeks before we do that to give you a last chance to make any changes or additions to your pledge. At about this time, we expect to send out the Star Trek Online codes for Early pledgers and those that pledged at the Captain's and Admiral's Tiers.

Help us finish "Cerritos Strong"!

A huge thanks to everyone who helped us get this far. With your support, we've already exceeded our first Star Trek campaign from last year, and we've got two days to keep it going. We're excited to have such a great mix of previous backers, new customers, Star Trek fans, escape room and mystery fans, as well as our loyal group of Beadle & Grimm's supporters who keep our company going. We truly could not have created this game without each and every one of you.

We have less than 48 hours to go with the main campaign. While we will still be able to accept pledges for a short time afterwards via BackerKit, the special Kickstarter discounts will disappear at midnight tomorrow (Tuesday 5/5). So please help us get the word out to anyone who might still be considering a pledge!

As the Kickstarter winds down, we're still working hard behind the scenes to complete these two games and get them ready for production. To celebrate the closing days of our campaign, we wanted to share a few more non-spoiler-y images from Holosuite Homicide and Chaos Protocol.
